my week in pictures / self care has been at the forefront this week. my body forced me to take a moment to just sit and listen. the last couple of weeks have stretched me – physically and emotionally. however, l'm thankful to have moments where I can call myself back to myself to focus on my wellbeing – connecting with my tribe, indulging in good food, taking moments for self care, and dancing like no one is watching… (and if they are… I hope they enjoy the show) SN: who remembers that throwback ‘No Mayo’ shirt?! 😂 Tonight, I'll be at CIRA for enjoyment hour.
